Before you buy
- ST-family switches need ShoreTel 14.2 or later (or Mitel Connect ONSITE); earlier ShoreTel releases do not recognize them.
- When added to your system, the switch takes its configuration from the ShoreTel server and may need a firmware update to match your ShoreTel build.
