ERS Sales Policy
90 Day Money Back Guarantee
If there are any problems with the product you have ordered and received from ERS, we will refund or replace the product provided we have another of the same item in our inventory. In the event we do not have the same item currently in stock, we offer to refund your money.
We can ship a replacement unit along with a prepaid return shipment call tag so that you can ship the original item back to us.
The original item must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the replacement item in order to avoid being charged for the value of the replacement item.
The Buyer must have a valid credit card on file with ERS to qualify for the advance replacement service.
Return Policy or Buyer Remorse
For your convenience, we offer to accept returns on our products. All customers have 90 days after the receipt of the product to notify us of a requested return. This is if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping charges.
When a product is returned, the refund includes the total amount of the original charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories.
Incomplete or defective returned product will be refused and returned to the Buyer at Buyer expense, unless the item meets the criteria established for the 90 Money Back Guarantee as stated above.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to product being shipped. Once an order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and a return authorization must be requested. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all product returns.
