Description
The Polycom SoundPoint IP 500 is a three-line SIP desk phone with a 160 x 80 pixel grayscale display, a full-duplex speakerphone and a two-port 10/100 Ethernet switch. This is the -025 PoE version; the phone takes Power over Ethernet through Polycom's in-line power cable rather than a built-in PoE circuit.
Condition: Refurbished. Cleaned, fully tested and reset to factory defaults. Ships with new cords, plus new designation strips or button caps where the model uses them.

Before you buy
- Polycom has discontinued the SoundPoint IP line; confirm your IP PBX or hosted provider still supports this model and its firmware.
- PoE on this model only works through Polycom's 802.3af in-line power cable (2200-11077-002); a standard patch cable will not power it.
