Before you buy
- This is the Open SIP edition; Microsoft Teams deployments normally use the -019 Teams edition.
- Hosted providers decide which phones they will provision; confirm the CCX model is on your provider's list.
- On PoE alone the phone needs an 802.3at (PoE+) switch; the included power supply covers switches without it.
