The Mitel ST500 is a ShoreTel-heritage ST-family voice switch sized for up to 500 IP phones on a ShoreTel / MiVoice Connect system. It suits larger sites consolidating IP phone capacity onto one switch.

Compatibility
- ShoreTel and Mitel MiVoice Connect (Connect ONSITE) systems that support ST-family voice switches
Before you buy
- ST-family switches require ShoreTel 14.2 or later, or MiVoice Connect; earlier ShoreTel releases do not recognize them.
- User and feature licensing lives on the server and is not included with the switch.
- Trunks come from other switches or SIP trunks in your system; this unit has no trunk ports.
