The Mitel ST100DA is a ShoreTel-heritage ST-family voice switch that combines capacity for up to 100 IP phones with one T1/E1 digital trunk port and analog ports for up to 6 analog phones. It suits sites bringing in PRI service while keeping a few analog phones or devices.

- ST-family switches require ShoreTel 14.2 or later, or MiVoice Connect; earlier ShoreTel releases do not recognize them.
- User and feature licensing lives on the server and is not included with the switch.
