The Cisco Desk Phone 9851 is a 9800 Series phone with six line keys, a 3.7-inch color display, AI-based background noise removal and USB-A and USB-C ports. It runs Cisco PhoneOS for Cisco call control such as Webex Calling and Cisco Unified CM.
