The Avaya IP500 V2A is the updated IP500 V2 control unit for IP Office, with four base card slots, eight expansion ports and two SD card slots. Avaya introduced it to replace the IP500 V2 as parts went obsolete; it runs IP Office 11.1, or 11.0.4.7 with Avaya's critical patch.
