Description
This is the TAA-compliant version of the Avaya 9621G, for government and other buyers that need Trade Agreements Act-compliant equipment. It has a 4.3-inch color touchscreen and a two-port Gigabit switch.
Condition: Refurbished. Cleaned, fully tested and reset to factory defaults. Ships with new cords, plus new designation strips or button caps where the model uses them.

Before you buy
- H.323 and SIP are separate firmware loads and the phone runs one at a time; load the version your call server uses. Avaya's SIP firmware for these phones targets Avaya Aura and IP Office, not most third-party SIP services.
- The 9621G does not accept button modules; choose a 9641G if you need them.
