Description
The Avaya 9621G is a 9600 Series deskphone that uses a 4.3-inch color touchscreen instead of physical line buttons, with a two-port Gigabit switch for a desktop PC.
Condition: Refurbished. Cleaned, fully tested and reset to factory defaults. Ships with new cords, plus new designation strips or button caps where the model uses them.

Before you buy
- H.323 and SIP are separate firmware loads and the phone runs one at a time; load the version your call server uses. Avaya's SIP firmware for these phones targets Avaya Aura and IP Office, not most third-party SIP services.
- The 9621G does not accept button modules; choose a 9641G if you need them.
